The company is recruiting for its Accounts Receivable and Denial Management process, which supports medical billing operations for healthcare organisations in the United States. Candidates with up to two years of relevant experience may apply, while prior industry experience is not mandatory for freshers. Selected employees will follow up with US insurance companies regarding unpaid or underpaid medical claims. Their work will include checking claim status, identifying reasons for rejection or denial, documenting call outcomes and coordinating the correction or resubmission of claims when required. As the position involves regular communication with overseas insurance representatives, applicants must have excellent spoken and written English. Candidates should also be comfortable making outbound calls and working in a voice-based process. Basic computer knowledge, typing ability, attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be important for the role. Those with previous exposure to medical billing, AR calling, denial management or Revenue Cycle Management may have an advantage, but Sajtech Services is also considering freshers who demonstrate the required communication skills and willingness to learn.
